If your address is outside city limits — RR routes, county roads, unincorporated subdivisions — you probably won't see a storm-chaser truck out your way this week. That's a problem. Roof damage doesn't wait, and neither should you. We're 5 miles from your county line and we're already inspecting rural addresses. NWS confirmed 1.25" hail in your area July 10–15, 2026 — that's above the insurance-claim threshold.
Every rural inspection is a real inspection — we walk your roof, photograph every slope, and email you a written report within 24 hours. No pressure, no gimmicks.
NOAA Storm Prediction Center preliminary reports · Window: July 9–15, 2026 · Auto-scanned every Wednesday 9 PM CT.
Most Oklahoma insurance carriers treat 1.0"+ hail as the threshold for a functional damage claim on asphalt shingles. Your area got 1.25" — that's 25% above threshold. If your roof was installed before 2020, you almost certainly have granule loss, mat bruising, or impact fractures that qualify. Waiting drops your claim strength; carriers routinely deny claims filed >12 months after a storm.

NWS spotter reports plotted against our covered service area. Everything inside the lime perimeter got measurable hail July 10–15, 2026.
Four NWS-confirmed hail reports (magenta pins) landed inside a 15-mile ellipse of unincorporated Tulsa County — east of Broken Arrow, south of Owasso, and north of Bixby. That's roughly the RR-1 through RR-4 mail-route corridor and the county-road grid between the Verdigris River and Highway 51.
If your address falls anywhere inside that lime zone, your roof needs to be checked. Even if you see nothing from the ground — 1.25" hail leaves damage you can only spot from the roof deck.
Anything 1.0" and above is treated by insurance carriers as capable of functional shingle damage. At 1.25" you're squarely inside the "insurable" range — this isn't a marginal call. Common damage at this size: granule loss (leaves black spots), mat bruising (soft, spongy hits), circular impact fractures, and dented soft metals (gutters, flashing, vents). Undocumented, this can turn into decking rot within 12–18 months.

Not sure which ZIP? Just call (918) 893-9595 — we'll check your address against the storm zone in 30 seconds.
Our shop is on N. Yellowood Ave. in Broken Arrow — 5 miles from your county line. Storm-chaser trucks with out-of-state plates roll into cities; they don't drive gravel roads to your RR address. We do.
Rural inspections take us a little longer — that's fine. We block your appointment in 90-minute windows, not 30. If your driveway is gravel or 400 feet long, we plan for it.
State Farm, Farm Bureau, Farmers, USAA, Allstate — every rural policy we've worked. We meet your adjuster, line-item the scope in Xactimate, and bill the carrier directly.
Barn-red metal, standing seam, R-panel, farmhouse-modern black metal — we install and repair all of it. Our metal-roof foreman has 18 years on rural Oklahoma jobs.
Written, line-item estimates — no ballpark guesses. Most rural Tulsa County replacements run $10,000–$26,000 depending on pitch, height, and out-buildings (barns, shops, detached garages).
Every install carries our 10-year workmanship guarantee, with GAF Silver Pledge™ warranty options on qualifying GAF roof systems. Transfers with the property when you sell.
Emergency tarping within 24 hrs. Full inspection, insurance-ready scope, direct-bill to carrier.
Full or partial replacement, sectional repair, granule-loss slope replacement, ridge and hip repair.
Architectural shingle, impact-resistant Class 4, metal roofing, standing seam. GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed.
6" seamless gutter runs, custom-cut on-site. Leaf-guard options for wooded rural properties.
Metal barn roofs, machine sheds, detached shops, hobby barns. Included in insurance scopes when structurally attached.
Active leak? Call us. Free emergency tarping for anyone in the impact zone regardless of who does the eventual repair.
Yes. We're 5 miles from your county line and we've built our whole business on rural service since 2014. Gravel roads, long driveways, unmarked county roads — we've been there. Give us the RR route, mile-marker, or crossroad and we'll find it.
You mostly can't from the ground. 1.25" hail causes granule loss (black spots on shingles), mat bruising (soft, spongy hits), and impact fractures on the underside of the shingle — all of which need a roof-deck inspection. Look for: dents in gutters, downspouts, and metal flashing; broken landscape lighting covers; dented A/C fins. If you see any of those, your roof took hits too.
Most Oklahoma policies give you 12 months from the date of loss (July 10–15, 2026 in this case). But carriers routinely deny claims filed after 6 months because "damage could be from a later event." The strongest claim is filed within 30–60 days. Don't wait.
No. Under Oklahoma law you have the right to choose your own contractor — full stop. Preferred-contractor programs benefit the carrier, not you. We'll meet your adjuster on-site and negotiate the scope directly.
Most rural full replacements run $10,000–$26,000. Rural jobs price a bit higher than in-town for the same square-count because of drive time, material staging, and the fact that rural homes tend to be larger with steeper pitches. On an approved insurance claim you pay only your deductible.
Yes. We're licensed by the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board (OK LIC #80002726), which covers the entire state — inside or outside city limits. Bonded, insured, workers' comp on every job.
Absolutely. If your outbuildings took hail too — and they usually do — we scope them alongside the house. Metal barn roofs, machine sheds, detached shops, hobby barns. If the outbuilding is on the same policy, most carriers cover it in the same claim.
Yes — free, within 24 hours, regardless of who ends up doing the permanent repair. If you have an active leak from the July 10–15 storm, call (918) 893-9595 and we'll get a tarp on it fast.
